An investment of Soyak Real Estate, “Izmir Izmir Project” in Zeytinalanı, Urla, was projected over a land of 150.000 m2 of land, within the scope of 218 villas in total, together with artificial pond, swimming pool, fitness-spa centre and gyms. The first stage of this three-stage exclusive project consisting of villas with a garden and terrace, having the concept of a “Club House” and contemporary architecture, was constructed as turnkey delivery, together with 13 different types of Villas and landscaping.
